Pioneering the Integration of Digital Health Technologies in Healthcare Assessment

At the Data Science Group Frankfurt, we are excited to be part of the EDiHTA project, an innovative European initiative focused on advancing digital health technology assessment (DHTA). Our mission is to develop a comprehensive framework for evaluating and integrating digital health technologies (DHTs) such as AI and telemedicine into healthcare systems. This initiative is crucial in addressing the challenges faced by modern healthcare, including ageing populations, financial constraints, and the need for data-driven decision-making.

Our framework is designed to be flexible and inclusive, accommodating various DHTs at different stages of development. It’s a pioneering digital platform that allows for standardised, adaptable assessments, continually evolving with scientific and technical advancements. To ensure practical applicability, we’re employing a sandbox approach for real-world testing across European healthcare settings. An integral part of our project is knowledge dissemination and stakeholder education. We are committed to developing educational materials and conducting seminars to facilitate the understanding and adoption of our framework.

Join us in this exciting journey at the Data Science Group Frankfurt as we redefine healthcare assessment and implementation, shaping the future of healthcare in Europe.
